Best Food Supplements For Bodybuilding
I'm trying to get the most out of my culture, how should I eat?

I'm 5 "10, 195 pounds. I would say that I am an 8 / 10 on the scale of leaness. Here is my routine: work three days a week, high-intensity (less than 30 jumps of a second) with heavy weights (if I do more than 10 reps, I add weight until you can only do 7.8 reps). I drink three cups of protein per day, first thing in the morning, Finally before bedtime and midday. These beverages are fruit juice 1/3rd, 2/3rd and water with 10 g of protein (1 / 2 serving of whey protein) and a teaspoon of glutamine (5 mg). I eat six small and medium-sized meals a day, only whole grains, no fast food or fried foods. I do not drink calories (I only drink water, besides my shakes). I try to eat as much protein as I can, but I guess not usually have much more than 125-150 grams of protein per day. I get the results of my training as possible, can someone suggest different supplements or eating habits that can help me take it to next level?

If you want to take their fitness seriously, then you need to start measuring rather than guessing (things like 'thin'). Your body can only process about 80 grams of protein a day, so you need not worry about enough. You also need a good balance in supply of "micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). Again, you need to make appropriate calculations and know the best sources of each, instead of guessing that things like "whole grain" should remain well supplied. (protein shakes not allowed to absorb more protein. They are part of its "investment psychological "in sport. By eating food" culture, makes sure that his mind is focused on his physique, even during meals. You will make the best progress when everything you do throughout the day revolves around training.) Supplements are useful, but you should get as much of their nutrition as possible from food. The "extra duty" depends on the weaknesses of the "specific in their diet. Keep a food diary. No list of vague things like "fruit juice", the nutrients supplied by each fruit is different, and how that affects the juice is extracted from the availability of each nutrient. It is necessary to weigh all the ingredients that go into soups and recipes. You should be aware that the recipie for something like 'a loaf of bread' can vary enormously. All processed products to be submitted with this problem by changing brands suddenly could double their intake of salt. There is nothing wrong with 'food fast or fried food. "Or chocolate, or pastries, or cakes. All these things have macro-and micronutrients contained in them. If you are serious about bodybuilding, will to find out what nutrients are, then you'll understand how much of these foods you can eat and how often. You also have to vary your training methods periodically. Working with very short / heavy games build muscle fast, but can easily cause injury. Find a book for beginners of bodybuilding. This will give hope to targets (without which it is working "without direction"!), And some indication of appropriate techniques to their level progress.
