please help me change my diet to stay healthy?

I was eating fast food for 3-4 meals a day, seven days a week. I'm 6'2 230 lbs. my best friend ate the same way he is the same age 28 years, died last month from a massive heart attack, had an artery 92% blocked, both smoked and drank a lot too. since his death, I stopped smoking, I do not eat fast food and I have changed my diet for these items. breakfast. 2 slices of toast with butter spelled lite. Lunch: a sandwich consisting of two slices of bread spelled, 4 slices of ham, mayonnaise, mustard and cheese Kraft single. quarter of a pound of grapes, strawberries in June, and a dozen cherries. Dinner: Chicken breast grilled, salad, and a baby a few pickles. these foods are an alternative healthy? and if I eat this way I will maintain my weight or I lose weight? Thanks for your input. for excersise, i Dirtbike 2-3 times a week. I walk as much as possible. I do a little walking after work.

Wow you are doing a great job! especially after a month, I know it's hard to change lifestyle cold turkey just to thank you, but if you're worried about cholesterol and high blood pressure try adding whole foods or whole wheat to your diet, skip salty foods like cheese and stick any cured or processed meats with fruits and vegetables, make sure you have a good intake of water to speed up metabolism and throw in some cardio to get your heart going and shed a few pounds. One more thing, read the food labels! Keep up the good work! =)
