
vitamins and weight loss?
Last week I started taking vitamin A, B complex, C, E, zinc, chromium, and a tablespoon of vegetarian omega oils per day. For some reason, I started losing weight for no apparent reason. I’m was about 120-122 on any given day and I’ve dropped to 118 within a very short amount of time. I am a vegan, so I don’t eat a lot of fatty or processed foods in the first place, but could the addition of the supplements into my diet start making me lose weight? Thank you.
vitamins are essential in metabolizing alot of food. You improve your digestion and metabolism if you get vitamins. That is why it is so important during diets that you drink vitamins b/c you usually dont consume enough food to get those vitamins but still need them to help burn off the fat. So in other words, your weight loss is probably a result of your body getting the vital nutrients it needed all this time and also the fact that you are a vegan. If you dont wanna lose any more weight i’d either add another 100-200 cals to my diet or exercise less (if you are exercising) and do more strength training.
