Counter Prenatal Vitamins

What's the difference between over-the-counter prenatal vitamins and the perscription ones??
there really is no major difference in otc vs prescription vitamins. i took prescription ones b/c i was pregnant wit twins and needed the extra boost plus iron but other friends who had one baby have taken both and all have had healthy babies.
