Do Vitamins Really Expire
No vitamins expire?

Will they work as well or they can hurt you, once expired? Also, what types of vitamins are the most important for vegetarians? Is there a specific brand of vitamins is best?

Yes, they have an expiration date, as required by the FDA. But if is 3-6 months after the due date, IMO they are still good. It depends on how they are stored (temperature part, without sun exposure). As vegetarian, you really need protein and iron. Calcium and vitamin D does not hurt (but only the recommended dose). I am not a specific brand of vitamins ... but if not communicated in time, so I think it is best to cut in half and take half the morning and half the night. Note, fat-soluble vitamins should be taken with a little food or beverage that has some fat in it. Vitamin C can be taken at any time (which is soluble in water). You really might want to consider taking an iron supplement separately, if you are a woman. And drink lots of water and seek their potassium per day naturally. (bananas are great).

Down the toilet - rotten milk, expired vitamins, burnt fries
