I took metformin for PCOS for 3 weeks and decided to stop b / c of side effects. I am willing to give it a try

again and wondered how long it took for other PCOS'ers see the results. I started at 500 mg once daily with meals and take vitamin B and eating small meals and frequent. They also undertake to reduce refined sugars, so thanks for sharing.
