Food Supplements Advice

Anyone have any advice on a meal high in protein that could be taken for daily work with the budget?
Currently I grill 10 lbs. chicken a week to chill and bring to work each day. I cook enough rice for a cup of each meal and I always bring some kind vegetables to go with it. So I bring food enough to be able to eat two full meals during my work day (I bring the bread of wheat for poultry in a sandwich). My problem is: the chicken tastes bad to worse by the day, and eat the same food over and over again gets very old. Any advice would be great! (I'm in a body strict regime based on a strict budget for food / supplements)
Well good it would use the spices to marinate the chicken, too Zapping a great thing to is if you like eggs. Normal eggs are not very healthy, but if you buy the egg whites in cartons at the store are very healthy. The clear egg has 0 grams fat, good protein, and also work for a sandwich. if you can find healthy peanut butter it would be nice to add in the amount too, has very high protein and fat, but if the rate we found is mostly monounsaturated so good because it's very healthy for you so that the counters about the negative effects of saturation, but it's better if you can find some of them low in saturated fat. If you have a Cosco near you honestly that are incredible, they have high quality cheap things.
