Food Supplements Definition
I maintain my form, but lose the stomach and tone. Council?
Ok, so ... I would first like to start by saying that I am African American ... so I have no desire to thin because that's not what you find attractive in my culture. I'm quite sinuous. 5'3, 142 pounds now. Give way £ 10 for me to have big hips and thighs. Funny ... I also went from 36c to 36d in about a year's time. Now, I keep my curves, but I'm ready to start cutting some of this weight. My ideal body is like Melyssa Ford ... and I have breasts and thighs. I would like a bigger back to the height, and a smaller waistline ... around the waist 26inch. Now that I've given my history, here is my question. How to build the necessary muscle to maintain my form, but lose this fat that I had to make to get "thick"? Is there a special supplement that I take or what foods to eat? My goal is to make this happen in the next 4 months, and lose 10-15 pounds is pretty easy in that amount of time, but I have to be defined not only the thinness ..
