What are the best vitamins to improve skin, hair and strengthen immunity?

I'm backpacking through Europe this summer and am looking to buy vitamins that improve and protect the skin and hair, as well as increasing my immunity while traveling. I used to use vitamins and supplements Olay separately as biotin, but I want some more with a wide range of health benefits. I also want ideally in small plastic containers for my taste journey.
