Hair Vitamins For Hair Loss
What foods or vitamins to improve hair growth / hair loss stop?

During the past 2 months or so my hair has been falling. Every day when I just happened to my fingers through it, I almost complete a handful of hair that is just in my hand. I've never had this problem before, do not dye my hair, do not use hair products and the like, so I can not understand what could be the result. I even changed my shampoo and conditioner and stopped using the gel just in case, but this has not helped to hair loss. I think that eating a well balanced diet, I take no medication, so I'm pretty confused as to why my hair care to avoid falling. I do not take vitamins, but I intend to start taking, hoping to stop hair loss and generate new hair growth. I'm relatively young - in my early 20's, so I know that is not attributed to age. Even if I had to stressors in recent months, but I do not know if stress can cause significant loss of hair. I'd love some advice on this issue.

Stress causes Hair Loss CAN. Been there. This will allow hereditary hair loss (baldness in women), anesthesia, drugs, dysfunction of the thyroid. Ask a pharmacist or a health food store supplements are best. I multivitamin, B-complex. Zinc and B6 are good too. Ask to your doctor recommend you too.
