Hair Vitamins For Longer Hair
Can I use the pre-prenatal vitamins hair grow longer and thicker, even if you are pregnant?
IAM 20 years and feel that my hair is very weak and I want to grow ... I have heard their hair and nails grow longer and thicker, taking pre Vitaman Natal ... or does it apply only to pregnant women?
A good multivitamin is full take anyway every day. Women have different pregnancy outcomes and I think it is more due to hormones. With my daughter, my hair was thick and Nice, my face was virtually free of buttons, I had a blast. With my son, I did not shine for I was about 6 months pregnant, and my hair was thinner on top and began to sprout a few extra hairs on the chin! I took my vitamins faithfully throughout. Talk to your doctor about your concerns about your hair. It may be a deficiency of vitamin A, or it may be a question of what the shampoo it uses. But taking a good multivitamin is not a bad idea. (take it to the end of the day with a full stomach.)
