How vitamin A should be taken as a supplement to help my acne?
I am 14 years old, 100 pounds. I'm 5'8. and my whole family is tall and thin. and I have mild acne. nothing major. But when I get a little button, which leaves behind a crust bad though that you select. and always it must go. I want to go to the health food store and get a vitamin supplement liquid. What should I do to be saved, but to be effective?
I think should see a dermatologist who will prescribe the appropriate treatment.
