Candida albicans, also known as yeast, is an irritating condition that is widespread and often misdiagnosed. It is so often diagnosed poorly because of their symptoms, and most physicians are not familiar with it, unless it manifests as thrush, scabies, or a yeast infection.

The yeast problem is actually twofold. It shows itself as localized infections such as rashes, or vaginitis. It can also manifest as more serious systemic reactions such as sinus headaches, ear aches, foggy thinking, mood swings, depression, anxiety and sweet other foods rich in carbohydrates, sore joints, rash or hives, a white tongue and many other health problems.

There are some common factors among people who suffer from Candida which include:

 • The use of antibiotics

 • Stress

 • A diet rich in carbohydrates and sweets

 • Junk food

 • Steroids

 • Birth control pills

 • Heavy alcohol consumption

There is hope, however. As a nutritional consultant, I see the customers and help them clarify their natural yeast. Depending on your commitment to rid their body of this overgrowth of yeast, there are a couple of ways to address it.

For those who are reluctant to make dietary change, the first thing I recommend is getting on enzymes.

Enzyme therapy is very useful to kill the yeast overgrowth.

Megadoses of amylase and protease enzymes taking 3 times daily on an empty stomach has proved very effective if taken for 1-3 weeks. Taking on empty stomach is essential to the success of this program.

When taken on an empty stomach, the enzymes enter the blood and find the yeast and eating through the cell wall of yeast and yeast digest the inside out.

If you are serious about killing the yeast also recommend a diet of yeast. This diet is similar in many respects to the Atkins diet that the food consumed, carbohydrates will be low. In this diet, foods to eat are meats, (with exception of processed meats with nitrates) of white cheese (except blue cheese), all vegetables (except beets, carrots, tomatoes, corn and mushrooms), fruit only allowed Smith apples are low glycemic index such as grapefruit, berries, and grandma. It is also important to avoid alcohol and caffeine.

I also like people to take some supplements for this program.

It is advisable to take the same enzyme therapy aforementioned probiotic formula good to help get back some healthy flora in the intestines, minerals to help alkalize the body, and a good multivitamin to ensure adequate nutrition in this program.

Although Candida albicans is a serious health condition, and if unchecked can create a wide range of other health problems can be kept under control.

If you suspect that you have this condition and helps to cleanse the body, I recommend you find a doctor or a chiropractor natural good, or look advice from their trusted local health food store.
