How can I eliminate acne and black spots at night?

I need a quick home remedy efectice free as Clearasil or Proactive only something in the house that will help me get rid of my pimples / pimples overnight. PLZ HELP !!!!!! I've heard of using toothpaste and a little alcohol they work or have some good effect? Does damage my skin?
