What is the fastest in-home remedy for acne? ?

I have a couple of points you want to get rid of quickly. Does anyone have some at home for treatments that work well (aka using things found around my house). I've been using Cetaphil, an exfoliate (SP) by Olay, a once a week and a toner cartridge from Loreal. Is that too much? Thanks anyway I need some suggestions - What is Ellz "TCP"?
