Any home remedy for a cold? ?
I think I'm getting a cold .. I stuffed a throat operation and a sore throat. Good anyway any home remedies for a cold kk? Thanks Thanks Andy;]
Having a health freak dad like mine, and rarely are caught a cold, never, ha ha! But take lots of vitamin C, vitamin D (sunlight helps protect against colds) Echinacea and Zinc. Be sure to keep warm (feat ESP) and get much sleep. Also, if you have lemons make hot lemonade with honey. I had a sore throat and once drank and a lttle later my sore throat was gone. Also gargle with Listerine or some baking soda. Feel better soon, and if you can get in YCS. : D
