PLEASE HELP! I think my dog is sick and I'm scared!?

My puppy has diarrhea for the past 2 days and I do not know why. I I changed my dog food and nothing changed at all in the way they eat. I do not know if it would make a difference, but she has been eating grass outside. What could be causing this? I DO NOT have the money to take her to the vet what can I do as a home remedy to help?

Have you had your shots? If this is something like parvo, you can not fix at home. Cubs become dehydrated easily. Please take her to the vet. Sell something, make payments, but not causing suffering to their financial situation.
