Are there any "home remedies" for puppies with worms.?

My grandmother died two weeks ago had two puppies Shepard mixed picture. The family everthing has to take at home and all I have is of her cubs. My family was trying to get the dogs and put them to sleep. Anyway I taken twice to the vet for worms and worms are not going away. I can take care of the puppies is expensive, but I can not give it all I have left from my grandmother. It took $ 60 a puppy and I found it about the cheapest. Are there other ways to get rid of "roundworms"

There pills you can get at any pet store. Those are way cheaper then what you paid. You have to follow the instructions, and give them the dose box that states the weight and then be followed with another dose at the right time to say on the box. I had problems with my cat and this had to be treated for several months until gone.You also have to do all dogs at the same time.
