Are there any good home remedy for ear infections in dogs?

Well, I do not know about the infection itself, but my lab ear infections are caused by allergies (and fungal infections!). We yogurt every night, and only their common benadryll, and seems to help much to it. A warning about benadryll, however, does not always work for all dogs, and could make their dream puppy.
