Help with my skin problems?

Well, here's the deal. I have eczema and acne normal. Which is frustrating to say the least. I went to infinity doctors, all they have given me prescription creams. I have used, and that work well against my eczema. It clears the face of eczema, however, creams my light acne prescription. So once I start using other acne medication to clear my, just my eczema flares up. I can not seem however, clarify without the burning problems of others. Are there any home remedy or any medication to help me? Or anything to help clean my entire face?
