Does this sound like an infection in your breasts? Any home remedy?

I have nasal congestion and cough in the last 1 1 / 2 weeks, and for the past 2 days a part of my left eye (on the inside corner, closer to the nose) feels strange, like there is a mucus. Is a little painful and when I close my left eye closes automatically in the first place. Occurs about 2 hours a day and goes, but the next day, it comes back. Does this sound like a sinus infection to you? And I can not go to the doctor, so any home remedies?
