Do you know some at home remedies for cold / sore throat?
Please help ... i just started getting a bit of a sore throat on monday morning and i thought it would go away, but it has not and now I've developed a cold and a bit of a cough. I feel awful and i do not want 2 be sick on Christmas. Do you know any at home remedies that will cure it quickly? if so please help!
take any appropriate medications regularly, sleep a lot, and when you're awake, drink hot water with honey and lemon, no other bells or whistles. normally does the trick for me. rest is the most important component, though. get well soon:)
