Holistic / Home remedies for colds?

I have a cold. I do not like taking medicines made by man. I will if I have no choice, but I prefer natural remedies. I have a headache, stuffy head, cough and a bit strong of a sore throat. I am looking for any home remedies, better resources natives, who swear by any other person. My grandmother used Apple cider vinegar, so I'm looking for that kind of thing. Does anyone have something good, fire insurance, tips to start this cold, so you can return to the gym and do all the other patients? Thanks a lot!
