Anyone know any home remedies for ear pain unbearable?

I have an earache unbearable at the moment and prevents me from sleeping! It hurts sooooo bad, does anyone know of any home remedies that can ease the pain until my doctor is opened? (Other than the warm olive oil or mineral oil hot) will help the ideas! Please let me know. Thank you!
