dad is 72yo, has arthritis, every night with leg cramps.?

What could be caused by? or home remedies? Help .. eat 4 bananas day! isn't that source of potassium? Leg Cramps Dehydration can cause serious. and at 72 I bet you did not get enough water. try increasing throughout the day rather than in the afternoon, do not want you all night peeing. hope this helps good luck.
