Severe lower back pain?? HELP!?

I've had the announcement was back pain for a few years. It is joy wounded. I went physical therapy and use muscle creams. Nothing helps. I am 14 and I went on a bike ride today and now can not stand straight without intense pain. Everything on the home remedies you can try? Suggestions? Everything's great!

Did you have MRI done on the lower back? If you do not have you really need to see an orthopedic doctor can check your back and see if there is a fracture, herniated disc, vertebrae crushed or something else. Sounds like parent or guardian must obtain a second opinion from another doctor and there are plenty of good orthopedic doctors who treat back. It is far to young to be having this problem without having something wrong that needs to be treated. Please seek help. Try taking a hot bath with Epsom salt added to water as help with pain, strains or sprains. You can buy this at most grocery, pharmacy, Wilmar, Kmart. If you have nothing Epsom salt just try to add some 2 cups of salt in a tub of water and leaned back and enjoy it. Next eat cheese and drink some milk because they have magnesium and help relax your muscles. These days and evenings we can lay flat on the back (no pillow) and bend knees with feet on the bed now slowly use your hands on knees to lift both to his chest. Now Put your arms around his knees and hold them against his chest for several minutes. You should be able to feel your back relaxed and it is hoped that the pain is improving. Move your knees slowly to starting position with feet on the bed. Now use your hands and once again pull the legs toward chest again and wait. (If this exercise was annoyed at the time of the first, then all they do for the second time) When you sleep tonight sure to put several pillows or blankets, duvets or blankets under the knees and legs to return to flatten her in bed while sleeping.
