Nasal congestion / problem runny nose .... any home remedies??

I woke up this morning with a horrible cold. The worst part breast pain is nasal congestion. I read that can be an inflammation of the membranes instead of accumulating excess mucus. Anyway, how can I get rid of it, or atleast reduce the pressure? I took some Tylenol and 1 Tylenol Sinus pills today, but without much relief. I just want to be able to sleep! Help me, please .....
