I'm coughing because of the weather? Read details?

Okay, here where I live, it's 84 degrees outside every day, sometimes more, of the rain, then sunny, then goes to 80% humidity. A lot of my friends are sick too, but I have not spoken to them since school. I had a cough with clear phlegm for 1 week, and am currently recovering from a cold. Any home remedy and it is this time?
