Home Remedies Post Nasal Drip
What are some home remedies for post nasal drip?
The drip is not chronic, but have been in the last 2 or 3 days and has quite possibly caused a throat infection (no pain). I do not want to go to a doctor. What are some home remedies to stop the drip?
Avoid spicy foods and milk and milk products, Turn on the humidifier, drink plenty of fluids, especially herbal teas such as chamomile tea or green tea with honey. If you have a sore throat can try gargling with salt water. You may have a cold, but I think after a runny nose or sore throat is a symptom of the flu. I have symptoms like that when I'm cold, or less frequently, when I have a sore throat or sinuses. It is hoped that without a throat or sinus infection, because if so, you probably have to go to the doctor and get antibiotics. I used to have a runny nose and a dry / itchy or sore throat when I humidifiers less frequently. Now I use all the time and the cold, dry air does not bother the nose / throat as much.
