home remedies to prevent and get rid of ringworm in humans?

My daughter is getting the itch, still in the decontamination of all toys and bedding, but keeps coming back, I think it's picked up in a local cat or dog as do own pets. ANY1 have no other recourse to get rid of it in his body without using the chemical cream
