How do I use castor oil to treat varicose veins?
I read online at various sites that castor oil is a good home remedy for varicose veins. If so, how we use and how often? I plan to ask my doctor for my physical exam, but that is more 2 months. I read somewhere else it says about flannel cloth soaked in oil, and wrapping it around the area for an hour to an hour and a half. However, these are 'instructions' for how to use it in your belly to induce labor ....
Castor oil itself does not help reduce varicose veins. just massage the damaged area, 3 or four times a week.
