Iron Vitamins For Children

Are you girls to take prenatal vitamins, even if you are of childbearing age?

I have this question, but received no reply, I think I posted in the wrong time. Anyway, I want something that will make my hair healthy and help them grow and make my skin better. I hear the prenatal vitamins are good for this and provide too much iron. Not as red meat, so it does not consume much iron in my diet, do you take prenatal vitamins is a good idea? I'm pregnant and not planning to become pregnant in the coming years. I'm only 17. How prenatal vitamins for me? And we can indeed hurt me somehow?

I asked my doctor and he said if you do not take vitamins not pregnant because it may be too much for his body handle.Constipation, vomiting etc. .. Try to take one for day.They could help women ..
