Kennel Cough Home Remedies

I think my dog has kennel cough. Cuz it was piracy and now my sister's dog is doing same.what I do?

Great Dane. 3 years old. Cough when it comes to crust and times of one of them. Golden Retriever does now, after the Dane had for three days. What can I do? I just got laid off and money is scarce. Any home remedy?
