Vitamins Why black?
Has anyone noticed that when you take vitamins, change the color of light with a yellowish tint to yellow dark. Why do vitamins and what it means that your kidneys are overloaded?
Some vitamins are the dyes in which can cause "it" to change the color. For example, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) can cause a color change normal "again", so it is yellow or orange. If you take vitamins who are white, so it could be an infection that causes the color change and a doctor visit is recommended.
