Where can I find a list of staple foods with information on the nutritional content of
I am interested in the nutritional value of the staple foods such as meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, cheese, fruit etc. I'm sure there must be a list, a book or a site that details such such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, sugar etc, more vitamins and minerals somewhere. I'm not interested in fad diets, dishes prepared or packaged foods such as cakes, cookies, cakes or jam, or the label control, which is what seems to find.
