Is the iron in multivitamins bad for you?
I'm looking to start taking a multivitamin. I tried to Centrum. Now, outside the Centrum Silver (which is 50 +), while in the line of Centrum products contain 100% iron (18 mg). Now 50, I'm only 23 Centrum Silver is not for me. Is the iron in the over-Centrum multivitamin for children, where there is no blood loss Months compatible. Should I find another brand that has no iron in their supplements?
The excess iron is unlikely to cause problems and the more you exercise more is needed (although this amount is not much). The only possibility is an overdose of iron, and you notice it much more than they would be able to eat and enjoy a multi-vitamin.
