Anyone who has tried to "Master Cleanse"?
I heard "Master Cleanse" refers to before, and I'm kind of curious. It looks like a more natural, gentle way to help your body flush nasty chemicals, but I'll probably take it as a complement rather than just survive it without food for two weeks, which seems dangerous. Obviously I hope not cure the disease or make me lose weight, but I see no harm in trying that instead of all the coffee I usually drink. Has anyone tried it? The point of all the Master Cleanse, is that you do not eat anything. Not eating is part of the cleanup. The Drink ™ is giving your body enough minerals, Vitamin C, etc. to be able to handle not eating for several days. All we have done in my office some months ago. I only lasted two days - was bored and wanted to have food. Others went 5 days, seven days. Everybody felt good, looked good. After the first day, not hungry. The guy who did the longest also go to gym every day to bathe every day. She said she was full of energy. We will all come back as the fall. is good to do with others - You habits can go for more food and boredom.
