How can I get rid from the jock itch scar (skin discolour)?

What medicine? If you know natural way, tell me. I read in Wikipedia that I can cure it by pure garlic. Does pure garlic cure the itch or the scar?

Tea tree oil, or 100% cocoa butter stick ....both are good for scars and sometimes help to get the color back too.
