Trying to get your vitamins ... Pregnant and prenatal vitamins man?
Ago I had a miscarriage 4 months old. My husband and I try again. Other then not smoke, drink alcohol or drugs, what do you recommend? I take prenatal vitamins and eat as healthy as it can But what you can do my husband can do so (apart from what I said above). Are there vitamins that you recommend? Any information would be great! My husband and thanks!
Ask your husband to see their exposure to heat (hot baths, saunas, jacuzzis, etc.) because the heat kills sperm. This also applies to the laptop. Sure that do not sit directly in turn, but a mattress or something between the groin and the laptop. Leafy vegetables well. Use the boxers. Try having sex every two days instead of daily to allow sperm to normal build. Good luck to you!
