Prenatal vitamins and birth control?

So I'm taking the pill to avoid accidents, of course, and I recently heard that prenatal vitamins actually increase the speed of hair and nail growth, and I wonder if you are doing well to take both.

Yes, you can take them. I've been taking the pill and my gynecologist told me that actually taking prenatal vitamins (to help with my anemia) because they are super rich and nutritious for the body. They really make your hair and nails grow Super Long Super Fast! Since I am taking prenatal vitamins, my hair soft and shiny I can not cut the nails quickly before they have not developed anything! lol see some of these vitamins! If you do not have anemia, prenatal vitamins that are low in iron, but most scheduled to have more iron in them will not hurt if you take them. Good luck!
