Mineral Water vs. Soda?
I drink mineral water all the time instead of soda. I've been reading lately and wondered if mineral water is really good for you. Does anyone know if mineral water is actually a healthy alternative, and also, I'm taking in too much sodium? (Volume one or two bottles of mineral water per day, 10-20mg sodium, but not eating much salt etc.). The answers would be appreciated.
Free range very wise to buy salt. add a little fruit juice if you want to sweeten it up!
