Vitamins For Acne Prone Skin
ACNE! Help me and I'll help you!?
I'm 14 years young. I have acne, and its horrible! I have tried everything for my face, and when I say everything.. I mean EVERYTHING. I need your help! Tell me what I can do to get rid of it as fast as possible. Have a secret to clear skin? Please share it!
DO NOT TELL ME: Proactive, toothpaste, dermatologist, birth control.
My Skin:
Oily
Acne prone (BADDDDD)
I think I would either call it mild or moderate acne
Acne scars
My regime:
Morning:
I use a cleansing cloth thing.. the ones that come in a pack and already have soap in them and you just wet and lather.
Nivea moisturizing toner
Clean and Clear oil free acne moisturizer with salicylic acid.
Night:
Acne Free cleanser, toner, and moisturizer.
( I drink 2 litters of water a day, I usually wear my hair up everyday with a headband to keep my bangs outa my face, I also wear it up at night, I take a multi-vitamin. Usually dont wear any makeup )
HELP! I need answers, please!!!
At 14 you haven't had enough time to try the DOZENS of prescriptions out there. There are tons of oral medications and topical medications. I can think of about 10 of each off the top of my head. Most Dr.s ask that you try each for a few months before you decide it doesn't work......so at 14 you couldn't possibly have tried them all. Unfortunately it will probably be trial and error.
