any home remedies that can get rid of redness from acne?

i don't get to go out often to buy products, so does anyone have ideas to get rid of redness fast? and that not painful?

DONNNNNNNNNNT use toothpaste, It dries out skin and it makes the pimple more red. I normally pop my pimples if they arent tooo bad, then i wash my face, then i put on neosporin so the cut will heal. If you decide to do this, make sure the neosporin never comes off. You dont want it to dry, It will cause you to have a scar. The next day my face look 503458031 better then when i had the pimple.
