Any free form or homemade sock to get rid of so quickly, and tan?

I am a high school kid and I to swim on Tuesday. I play tennis so you do not have weight issues, but I have horrible lines and my sock tan is the thing that worries me. It's terrible. Does anyone have any home remedies or free ways to get tan (in addition to tanning, because I have no time). Thank you sooo much in advance.
