Good ideas for increasing fertility, such as foods, vitamins, etc?

I was wondering if there are changes in the style of life that we can do to increase the chances of conceiving this month. I just received this morning, AF and try to be more proactive in my health. I know that eating healthier, and more fruits and vegetables. I am also a vegetarian so perhaps I have to look at that too. I can take a high potency multivitamin containing 800 mcg of folic acid. My husband I take a multivitamin mens day. Much research does not help to take zinc. Want to buy a zinc supplement separately. Other suggestions, such as taking herbs, etc, that could help Robitussin. I have a 38, so it may have a limited time. If I design my own t in 4-6 months, I will see my OB / GYN and probably go right on fertility treatments. Now I have the opportunity I can. Any suggestions, ideas, opinions and web pages would be helpful if you can provide will help.

(The book and the site describes how). If you do not conceive before, the cards will be information valuable to your doctor if you need to see a fertility specialist. Trying to conceive is hard! Avoid too much stress at this time. It took me 4 1 / 2 years finally get pregnant (and that was after 2 years of fertility treatments have failed). Good luck to you!
