Are Vitamins Organic

Can I take vitamins that are obsolete?
my mother gave me these vitamins in a vegetarian organic food store and when he returned home, saw the expiration date was 2007 I could take or tell the person who sold her to have expired?
Believe me, a PhD is nutrition. The short answer is no. All vitamins have a special time release endorphins in them that makes them fall on a date specified by the pharmaceutical company. When vitamins break create an acid and toxic chemicals that become lethal to humans.
