HELP! : 0! please: (any useful imput would be great?

Hi folks. PLEASE HELP. I think I have a rash on my stomach and someone think it might be shingles but I? I'm not sure. That does not really look like a rash that has only two red bumps / pimples on it. But it itches like hell! What should I do? Live ps.where physicians place isn't open until Monday. What does someone suggest me to do until Monday? Any remedies home or something you can buy? What makes smart people think it might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
