I just discovered that I am pregnant after 3 positive tests. I just had a false layer in January to 12W and 3D and has a healthy 3 years with my 3 years not taking prenatal vitamins until 7 months with my miscarriage, I started taking prenatal vitamins as soon as I got pregnant. I'm a little reluctant now to take vitamins until later in pregnancy. My mother did not take prenatal vitamins with me, but my brother has and the During his birth, had many complications.
