Vitamins Women Need
what other things besides vitamins does a women need?

Hello there, I'm female and I'm 20, well almost 21 and I would like to know some of the vitamins that women of my age need. I'm honestly the kind of person that does not go to the doctor at all but I just have not find the time.
Right now I'm very interesting in taking vitamins or supplements that my body needs since for the last couple of weeks I haven't feel good. I believe the reason is because I'm a full time student and I have a full time job.
Obviously my body is asking me for some rest but I cannot stop working or studying.
So, if you can suggest any vitamins or other things that I can buy at Wallgreens or Target just let me know.

You should be taking prenatals. I know you didn't say you were pregnant, but they are the best for a women of child bearing age to take, due to the higher amounts of iron and the chances of accidentally pregnant, you would have a head start on being healthy through out. You should also take calcium tablets.
My doctor gave me some pamphlet about vitamins for women of child bearing age and thats what it said. I also take fish oil.
