Home remedies for DRY SCALP (not dandruff)?

its NOT dandruff, this is not pieces of scalp that are coming off and its not all year round, its only in the winter time and its driving me insane. is there any home remedy that i can make that will help this, all the stuff i have found leads back to dandruff and thats not whats going on with me. so please anyone who has tried something at home and knows it works please let me know. thank you
I have head and shoulders because my husband has dandruff, i have used it but it doesnt work.

First of all,dry scalp simply arise for many reasons such as stress,food intake and most importantly,pollutants.Since anti dandruff shampoo does not work for you,home remedies are ur best bet on this.For this,I would suggest u to try these remedies at home.

-Hot oil therapy - Massage hot oil into the scalp at bedtime. You could use coconut oil or even almond oil.Next morning an hour before bath, rub lemon juice mixed with cosmetic vinegar (mix 1:2 ratio) into the scalp.Give the hair a good wash with an egg shampoo.

-Apply a mixture of 1 teaspoon of Neem oil (antifungal) 1 teaspoon Teatree or Manuka (also antifungal) which much stronger than teatree, one teaspoon of Rosemary oil and one teaspoon of Lavender oil together in 3 tablespoons of carrier oils such as Olive or Almond oil (Wheatgerm and Macadamia carrier oils closely match your natural sebum) and apply to your scalp daily.

-Get 3 sprigs of Rosemary, and chop up and add to 3 tea bags of Chamomile tea. Boil gently, let cool, strain and rinse your hair with this liquid for a calming antiflammatory effect.
